Eligibility
To be eligible for the Joseph P. Gallagher Memorial Scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:

Be an employee or the child of an employee of any current Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce member.
Completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at studentaid.gov and include The University of Scranton as a desired institution.
Submit this application by May 1, 2026.
